What to expect at your visit

Stand-in photo Check in
A receptionist checks you in and gets you started.
Settle in
A technician makes sure you and your pet are comfortable in an exam room, and goes over your pet’s medical history and any concerns you have.
The exam
One of our veterinarians gives your pet a thorough physical examination.
The plan
Based on what we find, we explain the purpose and benefits of any recommended tests or treatments, and welcome every question. Nothing happens without you understanding why.
If we run late
We aim to see every patient on time. Now and then an emergency, or a patient who needs a little more time, causes a delay. We are sorry when that happens, and your pet would get the same care if they ever needed it.
