What you send us
When you send an appointment request, a refill request or a message, we receive the details you type in (your name, phone, email and your pet’s details) so we can reply. We use them only to care for your pet and contact you, and we do not sell or share them.
Analytics
If the site uses analytics, it counts visits in aggregate so we can see which pages help people. It does not identify you.
